All TPSRs must complete a Bancorp Owner/Opertator Application and TPSR Application. There will be a $50.00 charge by Bancorp for a required background check on all new TPSRs. MoneyTree will apply this cost. DO NOT fill in the payment options on the bottom of page two of the Owner/Operator Application. DO NOT send a check to Merchant Underwriting.
