TPSR Application
All TPSRs must complete an ATM Operator Application and TPSR and Indemnification Agreements. There will be a $50.00 charge for a required background check on all new TPSRs. MoneyTree will apply this cost. DO NOT fill in the payment options on the bottom of page two of the ATM Operator Application. DO NOT send a check to Merchant Underwriting.
