Helpful Hints

Take a minute to evaluate the problem. Try a few quick fixes before calling Technical Support. All information gathered during this evaluation will be helpful when explaining the symptoms to the Support Crew.
 Check all power plugs to confirm that they are in place and power is available. In many instances, unplugging the power source for 2 to 5 minutes will allow the CPU to reset. Use proper shut down procedures, when possible.Check to see that communication is available. A telephone set can be used to confirm phone line connections. Do not make voice phone calls on Wireless Modems.Have Termninal ID and Location Information ready when you call Technical Support.
